Absolutely spectacular. We came in on short notice and despite being busy they managed to seat us with no problems. All of the staff are absolutely lovely, and our server Ania was beyond fantastic and friendly, making sure we were well taken care of throughout the whole meal. The food itself was fabulous and the portions were huge. Absolutely recommend this place, we will be back for sure.

Full house on the evening of our visit. Service prompt and relaxed. We had a good range from the menu - pasta, steak, fish, ribs and duck. Starters and deserts very good. Excellent value for money.

I recently dined at Oscar’s and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. The food was exceptional — beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and presented with care. The staff were professional, attentive, and welcoming, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere throughout the meal. Service was prompt and efficient, and the extensive menu offered an excellent variety of dishes to suit all tastes. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend Oscar’s to anyone seeking a quality dining experience.

While driving through Mullingar, my partner and I decided to stop for a bite to eat and came upon Oscars. From the moment we stepped in, we were swept away by an impeccable dining experience that deserves nothing less than five stars! The service was top-notch, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who made the evening truly special. The highlight of my meal was the Steamed Black Mussels with Buttered Samphire, Fresh Chilli, and Spring Onions — easily the best I’ve ever eaten. The flavors were vibrant and perfectly balanced, creating a memorable start to the meal.

The culinary excellence didn't stop there; the Slow Braised Featherblade of Beef was a masterpiece. Served with Glazed Pearl Onions, Baby Vegetables, Green Mash, and Thyme Jus, the beef was tender and melt-in-your-mouth, paired exquisitely with the freshness of the vegetables and the richness of the jus. Every bite was a delight and showcased the chef's expertise and attention to quality.

Oscars has truly set the bar high for fine dining in Mullingar with its combination of outstanding service, exquisite food, and a welcoming atmosphere. I can't wait to drive back through so we can return to Oscars. I highly recommend a visit for anyone looking to enjoy a top-tier culinary adventure!

We enjoyed an amazing meal at Oscars during our recent holiday in Ireland. Our group of five all had different dishes — salmon, chicken, beef, vegetarian — all were delicious. Do not miss out on the incredible Espresso Martini after dinner drink - so good! Shout out to the amazing staff at Oscars. They were so welcoming and attentive. Can’t wait to come back here again on our next trip to Ireland!
